If you don't find what you are looking for, don't worry, just contact the reception staff, who are always available for explanations or other requests. Because when everything is clear, you can relax better.

When are you open?

No dates to memorize: we are open all year!

What time is check-in and check-out?

The bungalows are available from 3 pm on the day of arrival until 10 am on the day of departure.

For pitches, you can check-in from 12:30 pm to 11 pm at the latest, while check-out must be done by 12 noon.

Are pets allowed?

You can bring them if you use the pitches, while in the bungalows no animals of any kind are permitted. Remember that they are not allowed access to the bathrooms or the playground and that they must be taken outside to do their “business”, which must always be collected.

Where can I shop?

Right in front of the reception you will find a mini market with basic necessities and local products. Alternatively, there is a full service supermarket

There is a restaurant?

Here I am! You can smell the aroma of the dishes prepared by Luciano and Shorena as soon as you arrive at the campsite, because the restaurant is located right at the entrance.

Do you offer Wi-Fi?

Yes, we make it available free of charge. However, we highly recommend that you to admire the natural views more than the mobile phone screen!

How far is it from the beach?

You're practically already there! Just pass the gate - which opens with the code provided upon arrival - and the beach is at your feet. By the way: It's normal for the gate to open slowly, don't force it.

Are there any quiet times at night?

Yes, between 11 pm and 7 am. During these times the entry and exit barriers remain closed, so if you wish to use your own vehicle, we recommend using the car park outside the campsite.

How can I get around the area?

There is a bus stop right in front of the campsite. In summer, a free shuttle passes to go around the town, while in winter, a ski bus is organized that takes you to Andalo, Fai della Paganella, Spormaggiore and Cavedago. Remember that with the Dolomiti Paganella Guest Card, you can use all public transport for free!

Can I choose the pitch I prefer?

You can express your preference, however the management will assign the pitch based on availability, naturally trying to take the preferences expressed into consideration as much as possible.

When can I use the camper service?

The area for discharging wastewater and loading drinking water, located near the reception and easily accessible to vehicles, can be used from 9 am to 11:30 am and from 3:30 pm to 6 pm.

 

How does it work for payment?

The time for paying the bill is from 8 am to 12 noon. If you wish to leave before that time, we kindly ask you to settle your bill the day before departure, between 6 pm and 7 pm.

How does it work for the payment of the deposit?

After receiving confirmation of booking availability, a confirmatory deposit of 30% of the stay must be paid using one of the following methods:

  • Credit card: online transaction on a secure server
  • Bank transfer: Cassa Rurale Giudicarie Valsabbia Paganella, MOLVENO (TN) branch,
    bank details: (IBAN) IT24 L080 7835 0700 0000 2006 466
  • Postal order: c/o the post office of Molveno (TN), made out to Società Incremento Turistico Molveno S.p.A., Via Lungolago 27 - Molveno (Tn)
What are the cancellation policies?

In case of cancellation of the reservation, to be communicated in writing, the confirmation deposit will be refunded in the following ways:

  • in full if received at least 60 days before the starting date of the stay
  • 50% if received 60 to 30 days before the starting date of the stay
  • retained in full if received less than 30 days from the starting date of the stay
