Reduced rates with the Dolomiti Paganella Card
When you arrive at the hotel, after checking in, ask for the Dolomiti Paganella Card which allows you to use the Wellness Centre at reduced rates.

Contemporary presences in the SPA
In the Dolomia Wellness Centre the maximum number of people is limited to 10. A distance of 2 metres is recommended in the sauna. It is therefore advisable to book admissions to the wellness area and any treatments in the beauty area.

Sauna in the campsite wellness centre
Borrowed from the Finnish tradition, the sauna is a room lined mainly with untreated pine wood. Inside there are several benches at different heights, also covered in wood.

The sauna temperature is regulated between 80 and 90 degrees and is constantly monitored by a thermostat, while the air is very dry and humidity levels never exceed 15%-20%.

The interior layout of the sauna is on three levels to take advantage of the different temperatures inside. On the lower benches the temperature will be lower, while on the higher benches the temperature will be higher. Heat is generated by pouring water over hot lava stones.

The recommended dwell time is a maximum of 15-20 minutes.

Turkish bath, gentle hydrotherapy
The Turkish bath, which has Mediterranean origins, takes place in a room lined with marble. The temperature inside the room is much lower than in a sauna and is regulated between 35 and 50 degrees, and the humidity reaches 90%-100%. In the Turkish bath the heat is diffused throughout the room, allowing the steam to spread evenly.

The Turkish bath is a hydrotherapy treatment that is carried out in an environment where the temperature is around 50° (at head height, on the feet it is about 20°) while the humidity can reach 100°.

The recommended dwell time is a maximum of 15-20 minutes.

Emotional showers, a cascade of energy
A synthesis of water, light and scented essences are particularly suitable for improving your psychophysical well-being. Surrendering to the sensations induced by the illuminated and perfumed water makes for a new, regenerating and positive experience.

Whirlpool, the power of water
In the whirlpool area of the wellness centre at the Molveno campsite I can enjoy a perfect combination of water and the force of the jets that produce a massage in hot water with a beneficial relaxing and anti-stress effect. It is highly recommended after an excursion or sporting activity as it relaxes, alleviates micro-traumas to the joints and loosens contractures, thus generating a generalised relaxing action.

The recommended time of stay is a maximum of 15-20 minutes.

Dolomia Wellness uses products from the Terme di Comano Skincare line for the care and beauty of the body, with particular attention to skin type.
