BOOKING CONDITIONS BUNGALOW

1. In order to confirm the booking a down payment must be made of 30% of the stay using one of the following means of payment:
   - Credit card: online transaction through secure server;
   - Bank transfer: account number: (IBAN) IT24 L080 7835 0700 0000 2006 466, Bic Number: CCRTIT2T20A,
     c/o Cassa Rurale Giudicarie Valsabbia Paganella, I - 38018 MOLVENO (TN);
   - Money order: c/o the Post Office of Molveno to
     Camping Spiaggia Lago di Molveno, Via Lungolago n. 27, 38018 MOLVENO (TN) ITALY
2. On receipt of the deposit the campsite will complete the booking with confirmation.
3. The bungalow will be assigned by the management on the day of arrival according to availability at that particular moment.
4. The total amount of the stay will be payed on arrival.
5. Late arrival will in no way allow for reimbursement or discount concerning the period booked for the holiday. Nor will it allow for an extended stay after the established date of the booking.
6. Failure to show in the 24 hours following the established arrival date will result in forfeit of the down payment and the bungalow will be assigned to other interested parties.
7. Should a guest depart prior to the established date payment should however be in full for the site for the entire period subject to booking.
8. In the case where a booking is cancelled, which should be communicated by post, fax or e-mail, the down payment will be reimbursed in the following ways:
   - In full if communicated at least 60 days before the established arrival date;
   - Minus 50% if communicated 30 to 60 days before the established arrival date;
   - Non reimbursable if communicated less than 30 days before the established arrival date.
9. Unless otherwise authorised by the management, the site will be available to the guest from 3 p.m. of the arrival date while departure should be before 10 a.m. In the case of late departure guests will be charged one extra night.

8. Price per day for the stay is based on the compiled list except for a site with a minimum of two adults in peak season.
